‘Mega Man’ to Get Live-Action Film

It’s been 30 years since the release of the very first Mega Man video game, its creator, Capcom, has announced that everyone’s favorite characters will be adapted into a live-action movie appropriately named MEGA MAN.

Although this is a very recent announcement, we do know that the film will be distributed by 20th Century Fox, and it was written and will be directed by both Henry Joost and Ariel Schulman. Both directors are best known for their work in 2016’s Nerve as well as Paranormal Activity 3.

There are countless configurations of the Mega Man series, and we hope that the upcoming film will do the well-loved games the justice that it deserves.

Since I was young, I have had a fascination with film, acting, and writing for the big screen. I have acted and written creatively since the age of 12. I have worked closely with local directors and writers in my area since coming to YSU as both a writer and actor, and I am super excited to be moving outward in the professional writing fields. :)
