According to an exclusive by Deadline, actors Liam Neeson and Kate Walsh will star alongside one another in the upcoming film Honest Thief directed by Mark Wiliams (Ozark).
The film follows Tom Carter (Neeson) and Annie (Walsh) as they fall deeply in love with each other although their circumstances are a bit odd. Carter is a life-long bank robber and Annie works at the front desk of the storage facility at which, he has hidden over $7 million in stolen money. After finding love, Carter chooses to turn himself in and better his life, but after a less-then-good FBI agent gains control of his case, their lives and love become much less safe and easy.
Although the whole cast hasn’t been announced, multiple actors are in talks to play characters including the FBI agent. In the mix are Jai Courtney, Jeffrey Donovan, and Jeffrey Wright.
The Tai Duncan, Myles Nestel, Mark Williams, and Craig Chapman produced film is set to begin filming in Boston next month.
