Jérémie Laheurte, the actor known for his role in Blue Is the Warmest Color, has officially joined the cast for the suspenseful sci-fi movie Vestige, according to Deadline. A well-known performer, Laheurte has featured in a solid amount of French films and shorts including Voir du Pays and July-August.
In an incredibly different and cooler new vein than the upcoming Tonya Harding-centered film starring Margot Robbie, Vestige uniquely focuses on an Olympian figure skater played by Analeigh Tipton (Warm Bodies). She wants to join the Winter Olympics, where she will be sharing the ice with none other than robots and cyborgs. Laheurte acts alongside Tipton. He will perform a complicated character who is involved in both the worlds of art and prostitution, creating a very interesting dynamic between both of their characters in the movie.
The film has been meticulously building its cast and currently features Anne Heche (Six Days Seven Nights), and Mickey Rourke (Iron Man 2). The film is being directed and written by Stephon Stewart. The film will be produced by Aaron Magnani under his company Aaron Magnani Productions, which recently showed us The Last Word. The film currently does not have a release date, but we are interested to see how the final product will look.
