This is a creative way to combine a nostalgic thing of the past and a new way to fight coronavirus. While Vertical is primarily advertising their drive-in release, the film will be available to watch on all streaming platforms beginning Friday, June 12.
In Infamous, Thorne plays a woman named Arielle, who’s stuck in a small town and working at a diner in Florida. She never wanted this for her life and always dreamed of money, fame, and notoriety. In her monotonous days, she meats Dean (Jake Manley), who’s recently been let out of jail on parole. Arielle and Dean fall for each other, and she drags him back into the criminal life he was trying to forget, causing the two to embark on a crazy crime-filled adventure including robbery, cop chases, and murder. The twist: this modern Bonnie and Clyde capture every move on their crimes on their social media accounts.
The thriller hopes to help in the fight against coronavirus and bring back an old favorite at their drive-in theatre showings.
