‘Grand Budapest’s’ Tony Revolori Joining ‘Low Riders’

Tony Revolori (The Grand Budapest Hotel) has joined the already expansive cast of Low Riders, the new drama focused on the low-riding culture in Southern California, per The Hollywood Reporter.

The film follows a teenager (Gabriel Chavarria) torn between his father (Demian Bichir) and his estranged brother (Theo Rossi), who are both competing in a local low-riding competition. Revolori will play Rossi’s best friend.

The young actor is fresh off the success of The Grand Budapest Hotel, which just won the Golden Globe for Best Picture: Comedy or Musical. He currently has three movies in post-production and is shooting the apocalyptic science fiction film The Fifth Wave.

Low Riders has slowly built an impressive cast over the past two months, with Theo Rossi, Nicola Peltz, and Eva Longori all joining the movie. The film is currently in pre-production. No release date has been announced.
