Fund Giant Mayan Monster Movie ‘The Yellow Feather’ on Kickstarter

We know what your thinking: “Surely Portal to Hell!!! can’t be the only crowdfunding project involving ancient evil gods.” How astute of you; the feathered serpent god from The Yellow Feather must be sending you subconscious messages about the project (and you thought those nightmares were meaningless). Just in case the full message didn’t get through, allow us to do Gukumatz’s will. The Yellow Feather is proposed horror fantasy film being developed by twin brothers Lucas and Lincoln Smith. The brothers’ objective, according to their Kickstarter page, is “to introduce a new generation to the beautiful, surreal mythology of the Mayan people and Guatemala in the tradition of classic Hollywood monster movies.” The story will involve a young woman, Spanish conquistadors, and (presumably) a lot of people getting eaten by an angry Mayan god.
