Fortitude International To Shop Felicity Jones-Led ‘Eleven Missing Days’ To Potential Distributors

With the annual Cannes Film Festival just around the corner, a plethora of reviews, news, and updates will be flowing from the event. Among these headlines includes the announcement of Eleven Missing Days, with Felicity Jones in the leading role.

Described as a thriller with mystery elements, Eleven Missing Days sees Jones headline as author Agatha Christie. Hollywood Reporter indicates that the film sets itself around a very unusual time in the iconic writer’s life, where she disappeared from her own house for nearly two weeks in 1926, resulting in a highly unusual mystery regarding her whereabouts.

Eleven Missing Days is set to be shopped around to potential buyers during Cannes, which officially kicks off on May 12th. Fortitude International will be bringing the film out to help find a distributor, after putting out other projects such as Night Hunter and The Tutor.

As far as the cast goes, Jones isn’t the only talent currently attached to the project. Known for her work in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story and The Brutalist, Jones will be joined by Vincent Cassel. Reports indicate that Cassel will be playing a detective, who’s spearheading the search for Christie’s location. Boasting a wide variety of roles to his name, Cassel is perhaps most well known for his work in Black Swan, Ocean’s Twelve, and even a voice role in Shrek.
