The date is getting closer for the beloved children’s icon to welcome us into his home on the big screen. The latest trailer released today which showcases the heart of what made Mister Rogers so loved by many generations.
The Focus Features documentary, directed by Morgan Neville of 20 Feet To Stardom is set to come out in exactly 2 weeks on June 8 and features footage from Mr. Rogers’ Neighborhood as well as interviews with Fred Rogers prior to his passing. Mr. Fred Rogers and his show Mr. Rogers’ Neighborhood was a staple in children’s television well after the show was officially cut, and many children and adults still have an emotional connection to the show and the benevolent man.
