Dennis Quaid to Play Ronald Reagan in Upcoming Biopic

Director Sean McNamara, according to sources from Metro, has announced that Dennis Quaid will play Ronald Reagan in the upcoming biopic about the 40th President of the United States, titled Reagan.

Originally, McNamara announced that the film would be made back in August 2016, and that it would shoot in spring 2017, but schedules did not work out in his favor. Now, though, the film is being cast and will begin filming in September of this year. The release date is planned for summer 2019.

McNamara is referring to the film as “a slice of life” type of story line, and we are interested to see what sort of work comes out of this long-spoken about film.

Dennis Quaid will next be seen in James Franco’s The Pretenders.
