Darren Criss to Join Cast of Roland Emmerich’s ‘Midway’

According to an exclusive by Deadline, recent Emmy Nominee Darren Criss will join the cast of Roland Emmerich‘s newest film Midway.

The film is set during WWII during a battle that is said to be “the turning point” of the American fight against Japan. Although we do not know too much about the specifics of this film, the rest of the cast and crew alongside Criss are bound to give memorable performances.

Other cast members include Woody Harrelson, Nick Jonas, Patrick Wilson, Mandy Moore, Dennis Quaid, Aaron Eckhart, Luke Evans, and Ed Skrein.

The Wes Tooke drama is set for release in the United States by Summit Entertainment on November 8, 2019.

Criss is most notably recognizable from his work on Ryan Murphy’s Glee and The Assassination of Gianni Versace: An American Crime Story.
