According to Deadline, Colton Haynes (CW’s Arrow) is the latest addition to the cast of Sony’s R-rated female-driven comedy Rock That Body.
The film stars Scarlett Johansson (Captain America: Civil War), Kate McKinnon (Ghostbusters), Jillian Bell (The Angry Birds Movie), Ilana Glazer (The Night Before) and Zoe Kravitz (Allegiant) as five friends who get together in Miami beach house for a wild ‘n crazy bachelorette weekend. The party gets completely out of control and a male stripper winds up dead. Also on board are Ty Burrell (ABC’s Modern Family) and Demi Moore (Very Good Girls).
In her feature film directorial debut, Lucia Aniello is helming from a script she co-wrote with Paul W. Downs. Matt Tolmach and Dave Becky are producing alongside Downs and Aniello. Jonathan Kadin is overseeing for the studio.
Haynes is best known for his work on several television series, including CW’s Arrow, MTV’s Teen Wolf and Fox’s The Grinder. He will also be in the upcoming season of Fox’s Scream Queens.
Rock That Body is currently shooting and will bow in theaters on June 23rd.
