Consider this the latest in an ever growing list of attempts at alerting the American public to the Hong Kong-phenom that is Donnie Yen (Dragon, Iceman, 14 Blades) Though consistently praised in his home country – China – for his chops: both fighting and acting related, Yen’s star has never really risen stateside. His latest action film, Kung Fu Jungle, and it’s high impact trailer, probably won’t do much his U.S. renown, but it will probably be a fun time on DVD for a martial arts-film buff.
