‘Captain Marvel’s Mckenna Grace Joins Cast for 2020 ‘Ghostbusters’

Mckenna Grace will join the cast for the 2020 sequel/re-quel for the 1984 hit, Ghostbusters. The 12-year old actress emerged as breakout talent in Marvel’s Captain Marvel, where she played a young Carol Danvers and I, Tonya, as a young Tonya Harding. The young actress will play a leading role in the supernatural comedy. Grace will co-star with Stranger Things lead Finn Wolfhard and The Leftovers actress Carrie Coon.

No major details for the film’s plot or title have been released. We know that the anticipated film from Sony will serve as both a sequel and reboot to the iconic comedy. The untitled Ghostbusters project is reported to be built around four teens and will focus on one particular family.
