The popular Japanese manga and anime series Black Clover will be getting a movie adaptation. Comic Book Resources reports that the publishing company Shueisha Inc has announced that the Black Clover movie is in production.
The plot of the manga and anime takes place in the Clover Kingdom, which is a world where everyone has the potential to use magic. The story follows young orphan boy named Asta, who unfortunately lacks the ability to use magic. Instead Asta decides to train physically. Asta also clashes with his rival another orphan named Yuno, who is a magical prodigy. Both Yuno and Asta are driven by their desires to become the Wizard King.
The Black Clover manga was written by Yūki Tabata, and it was adapted into a popular anime series. The anime started in 2017 and ran for four seasons, with the final episode airing at the end of this month. In the United State the Black Clover anime was aired on the Toonami block of Adult Swim.
As of right now there is very little information about the movie, but a teaser trailer for the movie has already been released. The trailer show off a lot of behind the scenes of the movie.
