‘Bill & Ted Face the Music’ Provides First Look At Cast

29 years later and Bill & Ted Face the Music gets closer and closer to its release, as new image from the upcoming film was leaked with details of its cast according to MovieWeb.The new image of the film depicts the titular characters Bill and Ted (Alex Winter and Keanu Reeves) hanging out in their garage with their daughters. In conjunction with the image, it was revealed that Bill and Ted’s daughters Billie and Thea will be portrayed by Brigitte Lundy-Paine and Samara Weaving.

Bill & Ted Face the Music involves the two heroes attempting to create the perfect tune to save the world. In a time crunch, the duo recruits their daughters in order to compile a track along with the help of some iconic figures throughout history. Director Dean Parisot responded to question regarding what Thea and Billie contribute to the plot with the following:”They do everything together, finish each other’s sentences. And they’re musically brilliant, almost savants when it comes to knowing every single thing about music throughout history. So they’re sort of fantastic, crazy geniuses.”

Bill & Ted Face the Music is currently in post-production and is experiencing a few tweaks and reshoots. The sequel is expected to be released August 21st and is eyeing a trailer release during the upcoming Super Bowl.
