Art The Clown And ‘Terrifier 3’ Actress Lauren LaVera Make A Halloween Appearance In Times Square

With Art the Clown cemented as a Halloween icon following Terrifier 3, many have tried to capture the now iconic clown in one way or another. One company in particular decided to have Art himself show up to cap off some annual Halloween festivities.

Terrifier 3 saw Art the Clown return five years after his string of killings one Halloween, but this time to terrify a community preparing for Christmas. This forces Sienna, a survivor of his previous horrors, to face Art once more, and hopefully end his reign of terror once and for all.

David Howard Thornton plays the terrifying titular character, Art the Clown. He’s played the character since the first Terrifier back in 2016. Before that, however, the character was played by Mike Gianelli for the first two appearances of the character; 2011’s Terrifier, which was director Damien Leone’s basis for the feature film, and 2013’s All Hallows’ Eve.

Coinciding with the new film, Art the Clown, as well as Sienna’s actress Lauren LaVera, appeared in Times Square on Halloween. Nasdaq had the two, along with others from production company Cineverse who worked behind the scenes on the film, appear in their own MarketSite.

Ironically, Bloody Disgusting, who was quick to report on this, is owned by Cineverse. Cineverse has their own stock trades within Nasdaq, akin to other companies like Amazon and Microsoft. They also made note of the immense success that Terrifier has seen at the box office so far.

Terrifier 3 is now playing in theaters.
