‘Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania’ Footage Blows Audience Away at D23

During the 2022 Walt Disney and Marvel studio presentation, the trailer for Ant-man and the Wasp: Quantumania was released. Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige announces that the MCU is preparing to enter into the next Phase that plans to explore the Multi Universe Saga.

Along with Feige, film director Peyton Reed and lead star Paul Rudd share the same sentiment. Reed comments during the panel that this movie with officially change the Marvel Universe we can assume this is also about the new phases and the exploration of the Multi Universe Saga. 

The trailer shows Scott Lang (Ant-Man) teaming up with Hope Van Dyne who teams up with Hope’s parents, and Lang’s daughter to explore the Quantum Realm. They will encounter new creatures while they embark on a new adventure. 

When introducing the trailer, Paul Rudd who plays Ant-Man/Scott Lang tells the audience that this movie is unlike anything ever released by Marvel thrust far. Rudd told the crowd, “This thing is bananas. And while it seems like a bit of an oxymoron if something so small can do something so huge, this is going to be unlike anything you’ve seen from [Marvel]. And not to mention [Jonathan] he’s incredible. It throws this whole thing into such new territory.”

While the trailer has yet to be released publicly, Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania is set to premiere on February 17, 2023.
