Amber Heard Signs on to the Cast of ‘Gully’ as Mother of Charlie Plummer

Amber Heard has officially been cast in Nabil Elderkin‘s upcoming film, Gully. Heard is to star as the mother of Nicky, played by All the Money in the World star Charlie Plummer.

Heard recently appeared on the screen in Justice League (2017) as Mera, who was the wife of Aquaman in the comics. Though she appeared only briefly in the film, fans will be excited to know that she will act in much larger capacity in the upcoming Jason Mamoa-led Aquaman set to release this December. Other projects by Heard include role in Zombieland, Syrup, and a buzz-worthy turn as and Ulla in The Danish Girl (2015) alongside Eddie Redmayne.

According to VarietyGully follows the story of three teenagers, severely traumatized by experiences in their youth, who are running a “hedonistic riot” in an L.A. overwhelmed by a dark social atmosphere. Not much else is known about the film written by Marcus J. Guillroy.

Alice Eve (Before We Go) and Jacob Latimore (The Maze Runner) are set to act apace to Heard and Plummer.
