The alleged victim of Kevin Spacey says that the latter had allegedly made several aggressive sexual comments to him and then grabbed the victim’s genitalia. The event was said to have occurred at a charity event in 2005 in the U.K.
Spacey is on trial in London, U.K., at the Southwark Crown Court for allegedly sexually assaulting four men based on 12 accounts.
The prosecution in court Wednesday morning played a pre-recorded police interview of the alleged victim for the jury, the former remaining not named publicly due to U.K. law. He states that Spacey arrived at the charity event in the morning, reeking of alcohol, and looked as though he had not slept. The alleged victim and Spacey had a brief amount of alone time together. At that time, the victim says Spacey asked him many sexually aggressive questions. Questions such as “What’s your c*ck like?” “Do you have a big c*ck?” and “Have we f**cked?”
The alleged victim said he felt shocked. “I was laughing it off, but inside I was feeling really uncomfortable.” The victim further states that Spacey grabbed his genitalia. “He grabbed me with such a force it was painful.” He had pushed Spacey off, saying, “I’m not like that.” To which the alleged victim recalls that Spacey had laughed.
The alleged victim says, “I remember freezing, pushing his arm away and walking away and just feeling shellshocked and frustrated and kind of horrible that someone would think I’m that seedy and sleazy and dirty.”
