A Bank Robbery is Anything But Normal in Trailer for ‘The Vault’

A bank robbery is rather simple, you get in and you get out quickly. But something is lurking on the lower levels of a bank in the trailer for The Vault, a horror/thriller film from Dan Bush (The Signal). The film is written by Dan Bush and Conal Byrne (both of whom worked on The Reconstruction of William Zero) and stars James Franco (Alien: Covenant), Taryn Manning (TV’s Orange is the New Black), Francesca Eastwood (Cardinal X), Scott Haze (Thank You for Your Service), Q’orianka Kilcher (The Alienist), and Clifton Collins Jr (TV’s Westworld).

The film concerns a bank robbery where the vault is located on the lower levels of the bank but something is lurking down below. It’s looks like a different twist on bank robbery films and plays more like a horror film instead of a standard thriller. The film is being distributed by FilmRise and is scheduled to be released on September 8th in the UK. For the U.S., an official date is yet to be confirmed.
