Newlyweds Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have shown the world that a second chance at love does exist. Lopez and Affleck first met in 2002 when they came out as a couple to the world and were given the couple nickname Bennifer which has stuck ever since.
After they both starred together in the 2003 film Gigli, Lopez says she’s ready to hit the screen with her new husband.
After being asked by an interviewer from Variety in the Shotgun film premiere if she would work with Affleck on screen, Lopez responded with “Maybe, maybe! Absolutely, We talk. We love being together and working together so, yeah, you never know.”
Recently, Lopez also teased that she would release a new album titled “This Is Me…Now.” Lopez has confirmed that to celebrate the release, she’ll either go on tour or stay more lowkey and book a residency in Las Vegas.
Lopez also commented on her album in an article by Variety, saying, “The album is done and we’re just prepping the best time to put it out and roll it out little by little and deciding how we want to do that,” Lopez said. “It’s such a special project because it’s sort of a culmination of this 20-year journey from one album to the next.”
Lopez’s new film Shotgun Wedding will premiere on Amazon Prime Video Friday, January 27.
