‘Workaholics’ Alum Blake Anderson Signs With CAA

Blake Anderson is the newest member of the Workaholics team to sign with CAA this week. The actor, comedian, writer, and producer will be joined by longtime collaborators Adam Devine and Andersholm, who signed deals last week and fall 2021, respectively.

Anderson, Devine, and Holm created, wrote, produced, and starred in the hit sitcom Workaholics, which aired on Comedy Central for seven seasons from 2011 to 2017.

Most recently, Anderson starred alongside Ramone Morris and T. Murph in the two-season Hulu comedy series Woke. He also voices multiple characters in Adult Swim’s Tigtone. He plays the role of Matt in DreamWorks Animation’s Netflix original series Voltron: Legendary Defender, and in Tubi’s The Freak Brothers he plays the role of Charlie alongside Devine.

Anderson was a cast member of writer-director Rick Famuyiwa’s critically acclaimed coming-of-age drama Dope, which premiered at the 2015 Sundance Film Festival and was released in the United States by Open Road Films. He also produced the teen comedy The Package and produced and starred in the action comedy Game Over, Man!, both of which he streamed on Netflix.

Anderson is co-hosting the popular iHeartMedia podcast This Is Important, which launched in 2020 alongside Holm, Devine, and Workaholics’ Kyle Newacheck. He will continue to be represented by Isaac Horne of Avalon Management; Jeff Endrich at Yorn, Levine, Barnes, and Covert Creative.
