The annual Toronto Film Festival just revealed 54 films for its global-film focused Centerpiece program. Along the additions is God Bless You, Mr Kopu, the latest film from Alex Liu starring Simon Rex (Red Rocket, Blink Twice). A comedy titled Trash Mountain was also revealed. It is directed by Kris Rey and stars Caleb Hearon, Zooey Deschanel, Jacki Weaver, Kyle Marvin, and Jaboukie Young-White. Barry Keoghan stars in Lemonade, an Irish film from director Kim Bartley.
Other films debuting at include Ron Murphy’s Back in Black, starring Christopher Walken, Shawn Garry’s feature After Elena starring Alfredo Castro, Marie Clement’s Bones of Crow, and Indonesian director Kamila Andini’s Four Seasons in Java.
The Toronto Film Festival runs from September 10-20.
