The situation regarding Kevin Spacey has escalated further. Several more sexual assault charges have been leveled against him as of last Wednesday to join the slew of allegations. 

Since 2017, Spacey has been facing sexual misconduct allegations, and is still dealing with the fallout. The legal fees from the court procedures have drained much of his assets, and his career has been struggling to recover in the years after. 

The newly surfaced allegations, reported by BBC News, come from three separate parties alleging sexual misconduct. Out of the three accusations, Spacey has openly denied two of them. 

Hollywood Reporter noted that one of the three has already pursued legal action against Spacey. He filed a lawsuit against him, but Spacey was acquitted of the charges. As for the charge that wasn’t denied by Spacey, sources note he hasn’t filed a court defense as of yet. 

Hollywood Reporter also stated that one of the three involved has been very open with his accusations. Ruari Cannon has been enthralled with the allegations revolving around Spacey for some time now, as he was involved with Spacey Unmasked, a documentary that breaks down the history of allegations against the actor.
