“The Retirement Plan” with Nicholas Cage to be Released August 25th

The new Nicholas-Cage led film The Retirement Plan has been given a release date of August 25, 2023.

The movie, starring Ashley Greene, Jackie Earle Haley, and Ron Perlman, tells the story of a woman and her daughter who get caught up with the wrong crowd and go to her estranged father, a “retired beach bum” in the Cayman Islands played by Cage himself, for help. Throughout the movie, the bad guys get a taste of their own medicine from this character’s secret badassery.

“This film is destined to be another classic Nic Cage action-comedy,” said Scott Kennedy, the President of Falling Forward Films. “We are big supporters of the theatrical experience and there is nothing better than to have the audience experience the laughter and the thrills of The Retirement Plan on the big screen.”

“I’m super grateful to Nic and the rest of the cast, and being able to watch this film in theaters is a childhood dream come true,” said director Tim Brown.

Nicolas Cage is heading right into another blockbuster right after the release of his film Renfield, and he has a few other films in post-production that will be given release dates soon.
