Tartakovsky has been in the animation industry for over twenty years, and is responsible for creating Dexter’s Laboratory, Samurai Jack, Star Wars: Clone Wars, and directing Hotel Transylvania. In this clip – as the animator himself explains, not a clip from the actual film – Tartakovsky demonstrates how he brings his sense of physical comedy to an upcoming 3D animated Popeye movie.
