Scary Movie will soon be appearing on streaming along with two of its sequels. These horror comedies, created by the Wayans Brothers, spoof popular films such as Scream, I Know What You Did Last Summer, The Exorcist, Poltergeist, The Ring, and more. The films are comedy gold, and on September 1st they are coming to Paramount+.

Scary Movie, Scary Movie 2, and Scary Movie 3 will all be available on the popular streaming service, giving you the opportunity to catch up on the films before the much-anticipated Scary Movie 6 releases in theaters on June 12th, 2026.

The other two films in the franchise, Scary Movie 4 and Scary Movie 5, will not be joining their older siblings on Paramount+. However, you can still rent them for about $4 on both Amazon Prime Video and Apple TV in preparation for the sixth film.

Scary Movie 6 sees both Anna Faris and Regina Hall returning as Cindy and Brenda respectively. It will be very exciting to see which horror movies get parodied in this sixth installment, but that is currently unknown. We do however know that the spoof Scream killer Ghostface will be making a return.
