With his newest feature All The Light In The Sky starring TV series Hung actress Jane Adams currently released, writer-director Joe Swanberg (Drinking Buddies, VHS, You’re Next) is focusing on his next release, provocative horror thriller – 24 Exposures.
24 Exposures stars Adam Wingard (You’re Next, A Horrible Way To Die) as Billy, a smooth fetish photographer specializing in “photographing women in various stages of undress and death” (so says the official synopsis) and staging elaborate productions around his fixations. Described by Horror-Cult Films as “sexy, disturbing and chilling, made for fans of extreme cinema”, it is no surprise that many of Billy’s models are turning up dead. Enter Simon Barrett (The Guest, You’re Next) as the introverted police detective, envious of Billy’s prowess with women, and the competition is on but – there’s still a killer on the loose.
24 Exposures also stars actress and producer Sophia Takal (All The Light In The Sky, Green) and actress/singer Helen Rogers (Jack Attack). Alexander Motlagh and Alex Orr are executive producing. 24 Exposures is due in select theaters January 24, 2014.
