Marvel has been setting their post-Endgame release schedule with various future movies to be a part of their Universe. One of the big properties they want to adapt into a film is their comic series of ancient human beings with special powers known as the Eternals. As recently reported by The Wrap, Marvel has been in talks to have Game of Thrones actor, Richard Madden, alongside Angelina Jolie and Kumail Nanjiani in their up and coming film, The Eternals.
The associated Marvel comic book series is about a race of ancient human beings created by the Celestials. The film adaptation will be centered around Sersi, rumored to be played by Angelina Jolie. The film will be directed by Chloe Zhao from The Rider and written by Matthew and Ryan Firpo of Ruin. Madden’s role in the film is unspecified at the moment. Whatever character he will play, Feige will ensure that this film will be a big part of Marvel’s ever-growing universe even after such a big event like Endgame.
