Liam Neeson is gearing up for his next action movie, with a bit of a twist, and a couple of huge actors. Guy Pearce and Monica Bellucci have joined the cast of the action film Memory. The film is a remake of the 2003 Belgian film The Memory of a Killer, and will follow Neeson as Alex, who is trying to outsmart the FBI and a crime syndicate, but he has a sort of memory loss that hinders him throughout the film. It is a twist for Neeson, and actually fits with the actors age, as Neeson’s illustrious goes on, it is certainly interesting to see where he goes.
At one point Neeson almost only was a serious actor. But after a trip in a galaxy far far away, and a dozen action films, the 68-year-old actor is now best known for his action films.
Joining him are veteran actor Monica Bellucci and Guy Pearce, while behind the camera are veteran scribe Dario Scardapane and Casino Royale‘s Martin Campbell.
While the film is just one of many Liam Neeson action movies, this has an interesting premise that could be a nice change for the actor. The film is currently underway, and if the pandemic has taught us anything: a Liam Neeson movie or two will always be released.
