Recently, Goldblum starred in the 2016 alien invasion sequel Independence Day: Resurgence and Wes Anderson’s Oscar nominated The Grand Budapest Hotel. The next audiences will see of Goldblum is in Disney and Marvel’s Thor: Ragnarok as the Grandmaster of Sakaar. Soon after, Goldblum will reunite with director Wes Anderson in his upcoming animated feature, Isle of Dogs.
Directed by J.A. Bayona (A Monster Calls), the Jurassic World follow-up will also include the return of skilled velociraptor trainer Owen Grady (Chris Pratt) and park operations manager Claire Dearings (Bryce Dallas Howard), along with news faces in Justice Smith (Netflix’s The Get Down), James Cromwell (Babe) and Toby Jones (Captain America: The Winter Soldier). Colin Trevorrow, who directed the first Jurassic World and is now set to helm Star Wars Episode XI, wrote the sequel’s script with Derek Connolly (Kong: Skull Island, Monster Trucks).
The film is set to roar into theaters on June 22, 2018.
