

All three of the Friday films in the popular comedy franchise will be available on Peacock starting on July 1st, 2025. This includes Friday (1995), Next Friday (2000), and Friday After Next (2002), which all star highly acclaimed rapper and actor Ice Cube. Throughout the trilogy, Craig Jones (Ice Cube) and his friends get into chaotic antics, and now audiences will be able to watch it unfold on streaming.
In April of 2025, it was announced that a deal was reached for the long-awaited fourth installment in the franchise, the first new Friday film in over 20 years. The film is planned to be titled Last Friday and will once again star Ice Cube, it is slated to be the final film in the franchise. Along with starring in the film, Ice Cube will also be co-writing like he has in the past. Fans are hoping to see some familiar faces return, but there is not yet any more information on who will be directing or a part of the cast.
