The first trailer has dropped online for the upcoming film Sell Out. The new movie comes to audiences from directors Nick and Josh Holden.
Sell Out follows a novelist stuck in a rut when trying to progress with a new book. Between trying to keep his reputation in mind, dealing with his sister going into a marriage for money, and coping with the stress of a friend’s unusual goal, he has to learn how to handle life as it comes if he has any hope of finishing his book.
The film stars Temple Baker, Stephanie Hunt, Olivia Grace Applegate, Gabriel Luna, and Adrianne Palicki, among others.
Although still a ways out from releasing to the masses, Sell Out is already slated for a film festival debut. Screenrant, who was able to exclusively drop the trailer, notes that the film is bound for a screening at the Austin Film Festival, where it’ll make its first debut before it can head to theaters.
The Holden Brothers already have several projects under their belt aside from Sell Out. One of the brothers directed 2016’s The Golden Rut, which saw both of them star in the project as well. Nick himself, who will even appear in Sell Out, also starred in Red White & Blue back in 2010.
