Collien Fernandes, a German TV presenter and actress, has filed criminal complaint against her ex-husband Christian Ulmen, a well-known German actor and comedian, that accuses the Berlin Blues actor of allegedly “creating and disseminating fake sex videos and nude photos of her online while they were still married.” Fernandes took to Instagram on Friday to post a detailed account of the allegations she is making against Ulmen. This followed a report released on Thursday by German news outlet Der Spiegel, in which she discusses ten years of alleged planned “humiliation” by Ulmen.

The complaint, which was filed in Spain, cites allegations of domestic abuse by Ulmen against Fernandes. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Fernandes alleges that Ulmen allegedly created AI-generated “photos and videos of her that he spread online and sent to other men in the German film and TV industry.” Fernandes describes one alleged video being sent to “21 men” and allegedly visualized the actress being “gang-raped.” Fernandes also accuses Ulmen of allegedly using AI to duplicate her voice for the use of alleged “fake telephone sex chats with other men.” Fernandes claimed that Ulmen allegedly created fake social media profiles claiming to be her and allegedly contacted men to “send them pornographic photos and videos.”

Through Ulmen’s lawyer, he has denied all charges. In a statement put out by a media law firm commissioned by Ulmen called the Spiegel investigation “unlawful for several reasons,” one of those being that it “disseminated ‘untrue facts’ based on a ‘one-sided account.’” The complaint that was filed in Spain also accuses Ulmen of “alleged identity theft, violation of business or private secrets, and public insult’ with confirmation that Fernandes has alleged that there have been repeated incidences of abuse. Ulmen has not yet been charged with any crime, as the Spanish investigation is still in its early stages.

Fernandes and Ulmen were one of Germany’s most well-known celebrity couples, with Ulmen a household name for his hit series Jerks and the police procedural Tatort. He has also starred in films such as Maria, ihm schmeckt’s nicht! (2009) and Jerry Cotton (2010). Fernandes got her start in the TV industry in 2001 by becoming the new presenter of RTL2’s Bravo TV. From there, she has presented a number of shows on the DSF’s Maxim TV and the music TV channel VIVA. She has appeared in German comedies such as Night of the Living Dorks (2004) and Morgen, ihr Luschen! Der Ausbilder-Schmidt-Film (2008).

Fernandes and Ulmen met in 2010, got married in 2011, and separated in 2025. They officially confirmed their divorce this month. They have one child together, a daughter.
