Full Disclosure, Spielberg Is Back ‘Disclosure Day’ Takes Box Office By Storm With Stateside 44 Million

Big news for the box office as Steven Spielberg who after a drought with box office bombs, snatches back the number one spot with Disclosure Day. Obsession comes in second place after five weeks in a row with 21 million as it continues its path to becoming one of the highest grossing horror films of all time.

Scary Movie took home third in its second week with 14.6 million and a steep drop from its opening, but it’s still generating laughs. Backrooms fell down to the fourth place with 12 million in its third week, with the bottom half of the top five rounded out but He-Man: Masters of the Universe with 9.2 million in its second week, another film that saw a significant drop.

The Mandalorian and Grogu brought home 5 million in it’s fourth week and still continues it’s moderate performance for a Star Wars film. Lucky number seven is Michael which brought home 4.1 million in it’s eighth week and has absolutely dominated the biopic scene, rocketing towards being the most profitable yet with an international total surpassing 900 million as it crawls ever closer towards the billion dollar club. In eighth place came The Furious with 3 million for its opening premiere after a string of positive reviews of hailed it as one of the best action films of the year. Another newcomer came in the form of ninth place with Stop! That! Train! with 2.2 million. The surprising hold over from last week the Amazing Digital Circus the special ending event for a YouTube series hung on to the top ten and tenth place with 1.9 million for its second week.
