The first trailer for M. Night Shyamalan’s Knock at the Cabin has been released. In the three-minute trailer of the Universal Picture and Blind Edge Pictures upcoming movie, we get a sense of the exciting apocalyptic movie. Along with Shyamalan, the film also has a large team of producers. Including Marc Bienstock, Ashwin Rajan, and Ashley Fox. The story is co-written by Shyamalan, Steve Desmond, and Michael Sherman.
The trailer starts with Jonathan Groff and Ben Aldridge, who play two fathers, taking their daughter, played by Kristen Cui on a trip to a cabin in the woods. The scenery is beautiful yet still ghostly and eerie.
As the family gets settled, suddenly a group knocks on the cabin door (Dave Bautista, Rupert Grint, Nikki Amuka-Bird, and Abby Quinn) taking the family hostage. The family’s house guest arrived to avoid the apocalypse, and the family of three is left to deal with the impending danger and their unwanted house guest.
We don’t get a lot of information in the trailer outside of the basic plot, but we do know that the story will have a bunch of twists and turns!
The film is set to release in theaters on February 3, 2023.
