After nearly a year of waiting since its announcement, Crunchyroll has announced the release date for Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba Infinity Castle. The film will serve as the first part of a trilogy of films covering the ‘Infinity Castle Arc.’ The first film will be hitting theaters in the U.S. this fall on September 12, 2025.
The film will follow the Demon Slayer Corps as they storm the Infinity Castle to defeat the dangerous Demon King Muzan. But before confronting him, the Hashira and the Demon Slayers must face off against the last of the Twelve Kizuki. The film follows after the ‘Hashira Training Arc,’ with the ‘Infinity Castle Arc’ planned to be finished in three films.
The film will receive an English dub alongside the standard subtitled version, and it is even formatted to play on IMAX screens. The film first releases in Japan on July 18, with some Asian countries receiving the film in August before finally spreading worldwide in September. The film is being distributed by Crunchyroll as well as Sony Pictures.
