Check Out the Trailer for the Ewan McGregor Heist Film, ‘Son of a Gun’

Coming at us direct from A24 Films, is the new trailer for Julius Avery’s (director of the Cannes’ Jury Prize-winning short, Jerrycan) action-crime-thriller, Son of a Gun. Starring a very angry and very Scottish-sounding Ewan McGregor, Son of a Gun is a tale of criminal relationships (romantic, and mentor-student alike) and a heist gone-wrong – don’t they always go wrong, though? Brenton Thwaites, star of the recent YA novel adaptation, The Giver appears opposite McGregor as a junior criminal in way over his head, if the trailer is any indication.
