Can’t get enough of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie? According to The Hollywood Reporter, the power-couple may team up on screen in an upcoming film which Jolie has already written. The picture would mark the first time the two appeared together on screen since 2005’s Mr. and Mrs. Smith, the movie where they famously fell in love.
While no information has been released regarding the project, there is speculation that it centers on a couple who take a trip together in an effort to save their troubled marriage.
Although the directing and producing roles have yet to be assigned, it would not be a stretch to imagine Pitt producing (he just won an Academy Award for producing 12 Years A Slave) and Jolie directing (she is currently in post-production on her WWII film and Lou Zamperini biopic Unbroken).
More details on the Brangelina collaboration are sure to surface in the coming weeks. In the meantime, Pitt can be seen the WWII drama Fury, which hits theaters in November; while the Jolie-directed Unbroken will see a December release.
