2015 Telluride Film Festival Line-Up

The line-up for the 42nd Telluride Film Festival has been unveiled. As usual, the official line-up wasn’t announced until the day before the festival starts. Included in the line-up are the world premieres are many high profile, potentially awards seeking films of the 2015 slate including Danny Boyle’s Steve Jobs, Sarah Gavron’s Suffragette and Lenny Abrahamson’s Room.

Telluride has become a go-to destination for filmmaker and film fans of all sorts. It’s also become a premiere venue for unveiling movies primed for the upcoming awards season. Recent Best Picture winners that have either premiered at or played Telluride include Birdman (2014), 12 Years a Slave (2013), Argo (2012), The Artist (2011), The King’s Speech (2010) and Slumdog Millionaire (2008).

Also included on the line-up are previous festivals including the Cannes prize winning Carol and Son of Saul, Berlin highlights 45 Years and Taxi and recent Venice premieres Beasts of No NationBlack Mass and Spotlight. The full line-up below:
