’10 Lives’ Animated Film Feature Voices Including Zayn Malik, Simone Ashley, Mo Gilligan & Sophie Okonedo

GFM Animation will produce a CG-animated family comedy filled with a lot of household names. The long list will include,  Musician Zayn Malik, Simone Ashley (Bridgerton), and comedian Mo Gilligan are among the stacked cast who will lend their voices to the new CG-animated family comedy 10 Lives from director Chris Jenkins (Duck Duck Goose).

Sophie Okonedo (Hotel Rwanda) and Dylan Llewellyn (Derry Girls) are also in the cast. The story will follow a pampered and selfish cat that takes for granted the lives that he has experienced during his collection of nine lives. When he carelessly loses his ninth life, he begs for a chance and an opportunity to learn from the mistakes in his past lives. He will eventually get a second chance, but this will be this new life will be filled with a bunch of crazy stipulations.

Guy Collins and Sean Feeney for 10 Lives Productions will produce the film and Robyn Klein and Jeremey Ross on casting.  

In the film, Gilligan voices Beckett, a pampered feline with a taste for fine food & lazy days who doesn’t know what’s about to hit him when he begs for a new set of lives. Ashley voices Rose, a dedicated research student fighting to save the world’s bee population. Malik will voice two characters, Kirk and Cameron, twin brothers who act tough but want nothing more than to please their mom. And Okonedo voices Grace, who is an ethereal yet no-nonsense woman with powers to grant Beckett his new life, and Llewellyn is Larry, Rose’s socially uncomfortable lab partner.
