Multi-hyphenate talent Lake Bell returns with a new comedy entitled I Do…Until I Don’t. Bell made an indie splash a few years back with directorial debut In a World…, a critically admired take on the competitive voice-over profession – that feature debuted on strong reaction at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival, where Bell’s screenplay took home the Waldo Salt Screenwriting Award. Her latest – an ensemble comedy of manners revolving around matrimony – again finds Bell leading the way; she directs and stars from her script.
Bell stars alongside Ed Helms (The Hangover), Amber Heard (The Danish Girl), Chace Crawford (Rules Don’t Apply), Dolly Wells (45 Years), Paul Reiser (Whiplash) and Oscar winner Mary Steenburgen (Melvin & Howard).
