Lionsgate and Grindstone Entertainment have unveiled the official trailer for The Teenage Vampire, an indie horror-thriller written and directed by Frank Mora (Angels’ Fire) alongside co-writer Asif Akbar (Nevada Heist). The film is scheduled for release on digital and video-on-demand platforms on October 27, 2026.

The narrative follows Sandra (Jazlyn Nicolette Sward, Winning Time: The Rise of the Lakers Dynasty), a recent high school graduate seeking an unforgettable summer in Los Angeles who secures an unusually affordable rental bungalow in the Hollywood Hills. After throwing a summer party for her friends, she discovers that her elusive landlord, Viktor (James Chalke, Dead Trigger), and his partner Isabelle (Spice Williams-Crosby, Star Trek V: The Final Frontier) are ancient vampires using luxury real estate to lure young victims. As the gathering turns into a violent massacre, Sandra must confront an unsettling personal connection to Viktor, underscored by vintage photographs of a woman bearing an identical resemblance to her. The cast also features Kelly Lynn Reiter (Deadlock), Courtney Akbar (Clown Fear), Luke Gregory Crosby, and Michael Cervantes (Night Carnage). Produced by Grindstone Entertainment, the feature will be distributed domestically by Lionsgate.

The Teenage Vampire joins Lionsgate’s horror slate for the Halloween season alongside Mike P. Nelson’s Amazon-set creature feature Beware Boiúna, starring Kiana Madeira, Jessica Rothe, and Logan Marshall-Green, which opens in theaters on October 2. Watch the full trailer below:
