The newest trailer for Fall 2: Deadpoint has just been released online. The film, which serves as a sequel to the psychological thriller Fall (2022), puts the main characters in a familiar (and deadly) predicament. Two girls are stranded thousands of feet in the air, with only one way to go: down.
The trailer for Fall 2 sees two friends (Harriet Slater, Arsema Thomas) travel to Thailand to conquer a dangerous trek, but after a accident leaves them fearing for their lives, they must grapple with their situation while overcoming various obstacles such as rough weather, disorientation, and faulty equipment.
The guide who escorts the girls on the journey mentions “that high, even your fear has no where to go.”
The official synopsis for the film is as follows:
“After the death of Shiloh Hunter,[a] her sister Jax agrees to a tribute proposed by Shiloh’s daring friend, Luce. The two travel to Thailand to conquer a treacherous plank walk on Mount Kwan, but a sudden rockslide leaves them trapped at a terrifying height of 3,000 feet, forcing the duo to push their limits and cooperate to stay alive.”
Fall 2: Deadpoint is directed by The Spierig Brothers, Peter & Michael from a screenplay by Fall director/writer Scott Mann and Jonathan Frank. The sequel will continue the storyline originated in Fall.
Fall 2: Deadpoint hits theaters September 2, 2026. Watch the trailer below.
