Sinners sees star Jordan on double-duty as twin entrepreneurs Smoke and Stack who return to their hometown, seeking to open a juke joint for their community. Unforseen terror is brought about on opening night, when a gang of bloodthirsty vampires begins to taunt the twins from outside the establishment. The film marks Coogler’s and Jordan’s fifth collaboration, and is seeing success in IMAX theaters, with a limited number of 70mm IMAX engagements playing nationwide.
